More exposure means more book sales!
In the world of book marketing there is a hot debate going on about whether authors need dedicated website sales pages for their books.
Many book marketing professionals believe that having a solid Amazon description page for your book is all you need. The key word in this argument is need.
You really only need a few pairs of shoes, but you’re allowed to have 12 or 107 pairs if that’s what you WANT.
Well, every author I’ve worked with WANTS to sell a lot of books.
If this sounds like you, then you should WANT a really great website sales page in addition to your Amazon description.
In this week’s video I explain and show you why, so I encourage you to check it out!

Generate All the Exposure You Can for Your Book!
Do you really need a dedicated website sales page for your book or is your Amazon description enough?
I give my definitive opinion in this week’s video, so I urge you to watch it. Here is some of the ground you’ll hear me cover.
A dedicated website sales page is a great way to visually build your book’s brand. It also enables you to stretch out and provide readers with all the benefit-driven messaging they need to make an informed buying decision.
With a dedicated sales page you can also have “flash sales” where you offer free bonuses that are only available for a limited time with the purchase of your book.
A dedicated sales page also creates additional online exposure for your book (you want all the exposure you can get).
Lastly, a dedicated website sales page will only impact your book sales in a positive way. You’re certainly not going to sell less books because you have a website sales page – you’re only going to sell more!
Here’s your key takeaway. If you want to build your image and sell a lot of books, creating a strong website sales page is a must.
Doing so exposes your book to more people, and it allows you to provide readers with all the benefit-driven information they need to make an informed buying decision.
Again, I cover these points in greater detail in this week’s video, so I encourage you to watch it.
Until next week, take action and make things happen!
